VANER V-600H Scrap metal recycling system is the most advanced scrap steel processing equipment. How to feeding ? 1.The material is loaded on the chain conveyor by the hydraulic grabbing machine (note that the material must be uniform). 2.The material is lifted to the pressure roller feeder through it, and the material is squeezed by the hydraulic cylinder roller to enter the crusher in a suitable size.
The hydraulic cylinder roller: The core function of the hydraulic cylinder roller is the feed pretreatment machine. It increases the size of raw materials that can be processed and improve the production efficiency of the shredder machine.
The shredder machine： 1. The frame using the extremely thick steel plate with a diagonal reinforcement structure can ensure to meet the requirement that the machine can be overloaded in strong crushing. 2. The lining board and the hammerhead are made of special wear-resistant material, which improves the service life. 3. the uncrushable material security door which is specially set into the machine can be opened to exclude the uncrushable materials from the machine to reduce the damage to the machine. 4.Spray system is installed into the shredder machine, the water which is sprayed can avoid the dust, extinguish a few inflammable materials, and reduce the temperature of the hammer.
Sorting after crushing: 1. the uncrushable can be flipped outside through the discharge door of the shredder machine. 2. The crushable materials are dropped in vibrating conveyor through grid hole after crushing, and then are delivered by discharging belt conveyor to the magnetic separation system. 3. The materials which are separated by the non-magnetic material conveyor are conveyed to eddy current non-ferrous separator. 4. The eddy current non-ferrous separator selects the copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous materials. Then it is transported by conveyor to laser chromatography sorting machine. 5. The laser chromatography sorting machine for sorting according to categories and automatically classified for transportation and stacking.
