Description
With a VANER cable granulator, cost-effectively separate precious metals like aluminum and copper from insulation materials – an impossible task without the right equipment to handle it!
VANER can help to understand if a wire granulator is right for recycling goals.
The V-C10/C20 is a compact copper granulator specifically designed to recover copper from cables while consuming minimal energy. It can separate two different densities of wire with 99.9% accuracy and can process more scrap wire and wire at a higher rate than almost any other equipment, also featuring a self-cleaning mode to reduce maintenance and remove dust.
The V-C10/C20 is a professional helper for medium recycling yards., processing up to 4400 lbs of scrap wire and wire per hour.
The types of scrap it can process include:
● Wire harnesses
● Automotive wires
● Industrial cables
● Household wires
● And more
Service Support:
● 1-year warranty provided
● Lifetime after-sales
● Low maintenance
● Machine testing provided
● Installation and operation training.

Copper Cable Recycling Solutions: Choosing the Right Copper Granulator:
* Copper granulators are ideal for processing mixed, tangled, or fine scrap wires that are difficult to handle with manual wire stripping machines.
* For heavy or moderately thick armored cables, a system equipped with a pre-shredder is recommended to prevent blade jamming.
* For automotive wiring harnesses, a talc powder injection system is recommended to prevent issues such as tape tangling and material sticking.
* For cables with plugs, ensure the system includes a magnetic separator to remove ferrous components.
* For extremely fine capillary wires, an electrostatic separator is recommended to prevent fine copper strands from being blown away along with the plastic.
* To ensure optimal separation results, look for equipment featuring adjustable airflow, a reliable vibrating table, a dust collection system, and durable blades.
How does the V-C10/C20 Granulator work?
The V-C10/C20 separates copper wire from the plastic coating. The cables and wires are then cut into pellets. The copper pellets are directed away from the insulation (copper is heavier, plastic is lighter) by an airflow gravity sorting system. The copper pellets are fed into separate boxes. The airflow sorting produces a 99.9% purity copper.
The entire process is relatively quiet because we partially soundproof the components.
The self-cleaning dust collection system reduces maintenance time and eliminates dust.
