Description
With a VANER Automotive Wire Harness Recycling Machine, cost-effectively separate precious metals like aluminum and copper from insulation materials – an impossible task without the right equipment to handle it!
VANER can help to understand if a wire recycling machine is right for recycling goals.
The X20 is a compact copper wire granulator specifically designed to recover copper from cable wires while consuming minimal energy. It can separate two different densities of wire with 99.9% accuracy and can process more scrap cable wire at a higher rate than almost any other equipment, also featuring a self-cleaning mode to reduce maintenance and remove dust.
The V-X20 is a professional helper for recycling yards, processing up to 441-661 lb of scrap cable wire per hour.
The types of scrap it can process include:
● Wire harnesses
● Automotive wires
● Industrial cables
● Household wires
● And more
Service Support:
● 1-year warranty provided
● Lifetime after-sales

How does the V-X20 Automotive Wire Harness Recycling Machine work?
The V-X20 separates copper wire from the plastic coating. The cables and wires are then cut into pellets. The copper pellets are directed away from the insulation (copper is heavier, plastic is lighter) by an airflow gravity sorting system. The copper pellets are fed into separate boxes. The airflow sorting produces a 99.9% purity copper.
The entire process is relatively quiet because we partially soundproof the components.
The self-cleaning dust collection system reduces maintenance time and eliminates dust.
